We are a family-owned business led by mother-daughter duo Lori and Chelsea, alongside our talented lead planner, Caley. What brings us together is more than family — it's our shared love for creating beautiful spaces, bringing ideas to life, and making life's special moments unforgettable.

Our love for the event industry has continued to grow through our sister company, Volunteer Tents and Events, which Chelsea and Lori also own. With years of experience helping bring weddings, celebrations, and special events together, expanding into wedding planning, coordinating, and event design through Magnolia Moon felt like a natural next step.

With a passion for weddings, decorating, floral design, and all things events, we love turning even the smallest details into something meaningful. Whether you're planning your dream wedding, celebrating a milestone, hosting a corporate event, or simply wanting to make an occasion extra special, we're here to help bring your vision to life.

From full-service wedding planning and coordination to event design, decorating, tablescapes, and rentals, our goal is to make the planning process feel less overwhelming and a whole lot more enjoyable. Through our sister company, we can also help connect you with tents, tables, chairs, linens, and other event essentials, making it easier to find everything you need for your special day.
