How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as early as possible — ideally 12–18 months out for full planning, and at least 6 months out for day-of coordination. Popular dates fill quickly, especially in spring and fall.
Do you work with a preferred vendor list?
We have a trusted network of local vendors we love working with, but we're always happy to collaborate with vendors you've already chosen or researched.
What areas do you serve?
We're based in East Tennessee and serve the surrounding region. We're also available for destination events — just ask!
What's included in a free consultation?
Our initial consultation is a relaxed, no-pressure conversation where we get to know you, learn about your vision, and walk you through how we work. There's no commitment required.
